I lost my son Aaditya Jagdeeshchandran who was 26 years. He got drowned in Goa. My husband is not able to come to terms with the grief. Many questions arise in my mind also. How to cope up with this grief?

I agree it is tough to cope with the loss of a son at that age. However, every life comes to this world to live off a portion of its prarabthakarma, and when it is completed the athma leaves the body. No one else, but their pre-determined karmic burden decides the time of this exit. It is important to know, death is not an end as per Hindu tradition. It is one more step in our journey to mukti, the purpose of every life’s journey. A lot of great men have lived on this earth for few years only and have died, young. Overcome your grief by praying that he continues his journey to Bhagavan. Involve in charitable activities in his name to uplift your mind. See what positive difference you can make in this world. Hari Om.
