I try my best to concentrate and dedicate my mind in the God but always fail. Some avoidances from other persons we like, some feelings we have to face in life diverts me a lot to deep sorrow or feel angry of myself or to others. this further puts me trouble in performing my day to day duties and commitments, both at home and office, since my mind is very much involved in those feelings. Though i from the deep of my heart really want to be spiritual at heart by sadhanas, japas and leading a disciplined life, i cannot consisitently stick on the same (though i am a regular watcher of your scourses on Asianet and surya tv). How can i help myself, Swamiji?

Dear Suma,
We are born with certain habits and the environment where we are in forces us to develop ceratin behaviours.
But when we grow we should learn and understand we have the intelligence and strength to develop positive behaviours and attitude.
For that we have to associate with that kind of Satsangees.
You are at least lucky, because there is an inner urge to come out of the present lifetime.
What more positive approach in life?
Now, you have to read and listen and discus creative ideas with like minded people.
Along with this, when you practise regular Sadhana (Pranayam, Meditation) it will have influence and one day you will appreciate yourself for your own development.
