If creation is made by God, why so much cruelty. In the case of human being can become vegetarian and avoid cruelty. But some animals naturally kill other animals for food. If God is merciful, why such cruelty in creation? Hari Om!

Dear Satheesanji,
God is not a creator according to Hinduism, but the Self (param athma) in every one.
The reason for the cruelties are mainly because human mind discards the power of love and cultivate the strength of hatred.
Unless the mind transforms, there won’t be any changes.
