In my experience people think but done just oppositie(eg.man preposes god disposes),what is the reason behind it,what we would do things done as we think ?

Dear Santhoshji,
When our thoughts, words and deeds are in harmony, we become successful.
You may want success, but you may be constantly thinking about failure and talking in a doubtful manner to others too.
This will confuse your subconscious mind. It is like getting into a car and asking the driver to go to north, east, west and south simultaneously.
So strengthen your mind with Sadhana, plan properly, visualize the result in a positive manner, talk only good things about it.
When all these are synchronized, success will be with you.
The Lord is always with a focussed mind to do good things.
