In ramayana lanka is considered as the Human Body. Could you please elaborate that?

Dear Gopakumarji,
Yes, body is called Lanka because as the Lanka is surrounded by water, similarly 80% water is there in the body too.
Ravana is representing a lustful, selfish mind which was the cause for his destruction.
When Ravana is vanished by Ram (the Chaithanyam), we go back to Ayodhya (the land of “no wars” – the state of peacefulness).
