In Yoga sutra it is said” Yoga schitta virthi nirodha” – Controlling the mind is called yogam. Swamiji – here my doubt is – Mind is controlling the body but who is controlling the mind? If some energy is controlling the mind what it is called and how it can control our mind?

Controlling means, there is some one apart from you.
Who is controlling the waves in the ocean?
Similarly, mind is the manifestation of the Conscious energy or Chaithanyam.
