Please do not misunderstand meditation as sitting in a certain posture or with eyes closed ! It is a state of complete involvement in what you do. That is why Gita describes karma yoga, Jnana yoga, Raja yoga etc. as the many means to reach your divine self. Meditation is the process of ultimately dissolving into the core of your existence. What we practice is to learn how to make everything you do in life meditative. The path itself is the destination. Enjoy the journey. Hari Om.
