We have discussed this issue many times before. A lot of practices or beliefs like this have no real reason. But, these superstitions are handed down generations. In olden days, when it was difficult to maintain hygiene, menustrating females were kept outside the kitchen and sacred places. But, that does not apply in today’s world. Hari Om.
