karma Vs free will : how much are we governed by karma ,how much do we have any free will?

Dear Meenakshi,
We are all governed by Karma; the only way out is by doing Nishkama Karma!
We have the free will to accept the Karmaphalam as we like.
If we take it as the Prasadam from the Lord, our mental strength increases.
We can face all challenges with a peaceful mind.
