kindly clarify and correct my understanding please. In the waking stage,the body, mind and the conciousness is present, in the sleep, no body, only mind, in thedeep only the conciousness , as when we wake up we are awre of the deep sleep. ‘so, something should have recorded that. Ok so, in our everyday living, while we are at work for livelihood, do we just put in a prayer to the conciounsness within us to bless this mind and body to be used as the instrument, thereby having the awareness of the conciousness even while a work and not just during the prayer time? When the job is done well, do we silently acknowledge the same conciounsess with a thanks for having given this body that pat onthe back from the boss, for a job well done,even though the body has been just an instrument? do we look upon the conciousness in gratitude for this? so, this knowledge has created the gratitude or bakthi.
