Hari Om Smitha Nair,
The real mind is formless and slowly it accumulates names and forms. When our mind is caught up in the web of names and forms then we become slaves of thoughts. Here our Acharya says you concentrate on one form and name; through that you can slowly transform your mind from name and form to the formless stage that is called Jeevanmukthi. If you want that you can practise that, otherwise you can carry on your Sadhana.
