m always getting a feeling that someone is judging me.This is starting to bother me a lot and i live every moment thinking what others would be thinking of me even those i dont know.i am afraid of being judged wrongly or being considered incompetent.I analyse a lot and think too much about the way i said something or the way i behaved.I am starting to feel that i am losing everything.I have low self-esteem and i was always conscious but now that i am out of my old school i feel more like that.I always end up with people i dont like but who seem to care about me.Some of my friends are very compettive and mean.I dont seem to be living it eels like i am more dead though physically alive,i also tend to get angry and irritable to hide my depressed feelings from my mom and some close friend.I hate some of my friends who are now close to me and i want to be closer to and hang around with nicer friends.i have also have extreme low self-esteem .

Dear Namitha,
When you have low self respect, you are allowing others to treat you as a door mat.
How much time do you have for judging others? If you are engaged creatively in your activities, you will have none!
Similarly, they too do not have time to remember about you.
So, do not take efforts to impress others. Do not want to be perfect.
Instead express yourself sincerely with good words and actions and forget what others might think about you.
Involve actively in creative work and be regular in your Sadhana.
Do it for fifteen days and see the difference in your perception!
HariOm!
