Dear Arun,
Unless you are clear about your own existence, you cannot permanently and strongly develop peace of mind.
A wandering mind always brings disturbance.
Practice upasana (Visualising the form of the Lord and surrendering at his feet with a feeling that you are disappearing at his feet).
This will help you develop a strong powerful mind.
Hari Om!
