most respected Swamiji, I have changed a lot after hearing your morning spiritual speech in Asianet. Though i am making my mind strong not get affected in unwanted thoughts, but when my wife makes a comment (not in good), my mind gets restless and think of revenge by making comment which is also not good, i get satisfaction. otherwise i cannot control my mind thinking of the matter continously. I am trying to control my mind at my level best, not gaining much from it. please advise me to how to clear of the ill factors my mind haunts. jai sreeram.

Dear Ramesh,
Please understand that you are caught up in the cycle of giving and taking pain.
The more pain you give, the more pain you will get!
So, break it with conscious effort through regular Sadhana! The result will be truly rewarding!
If it is too difficult for you, take a vow that you will strictly keep aside an amount, say Rs.500/- or Rs.1000/- for charity each and every time you break it. It will surely help you!
HariOm!
