My father died recently and it happened in an unexpected manner that we are still in deep sadness. How do we come out of the grief with positive mind? Also, inside me there is a fear that all the relatives will be gone and we will be left helpless….no one would help us……i know god has his own way but still the fear persists. Please guide and help.
