It is important to understand your body is a heap of food you ate and essentially a part of nature. So all the laws of nature including birth, expansion and death/recycling are applicable to the body. There is no reason to be upset or afraid of old age. There is a saying in English “to age graciously”. It is important to make yourself available to the grace of the Supreme by utilizing your health and well being when you are young. If you live a Dharmic life when you are young, nature itself will make your old age comfortable, peaceful and gracious. Hari Om.
