Dear Subhashini,
Considering the emotional maturity comparison and physiological reasons, it is ideal to marry a younger girl.
But the most important criteria for a successful marriage is the mutual love and understanding.
So, ask him to develop a mind where he should not compare his wife with others, because each one has their own behaviour and they will think their behaviour is perfect.
Second, tell him never try to criticize her mistakes in front of others, because no one would like public comments.
So, let him develop strength to guide her personally, that too without hurting each other.
To maintain a blissful married life, do Japam together.
