Namashkar Guruji, I am a regular listener to your TV episodes and I am much impressed by your DHANYAM MAMA JEEVANAM in Surya TV. Your ideology of expressing GOD scientifically is highly appreciable. My question is : For spiritual enlightment, many people advocate & practice CONCENTRATION of thoughts … But as I realise & understood from your lectures, especially @ surrender of mind to god, RELAXATION of thoughts will be more helpful in realisation of self and god… Please advise.

Dear Antony,
A relaxed mind is so close to God!
According to our Vedas, God is pure consciousness (Pragynam brahma-Ithareya upanishad).
Gyanam means knowledge; we gather all the knowledge through mind & intellect.
They are conscious thoughts.
Whenever mind is free from thoughts that mind can reflect the full consciousness; that is why, it is said a relaxed mind or surrendered mind is close to the Lord.
