Namaskaram! In most of the speech swamiji specifically inform that one should not have sentiments or too much of affection for others. If a person who has children and he kept even the earning of his wife convincing as a security to protect and when it required for children education and marriage, he is not bothered and now has the principle that one should not have any affection. The poor lady is running pillor to post for the marriage of her daughter now and he is siting with a cool mind and says he do not bother about anybody.. and effectievely not done anything and enjoying his life. whCould you please guide that daughter in this this situation.

Dear Rajeswariji,
It is a poor interpretation of my words.
Too much or too less sentiments will not help any one in doing good things.
When you develop intense love for the Lord, your affection for others will become healthy and free from possessiveness.
Then you will care more for others. And you will not bother if they return it or not.
Your mind will be immersed in a divine love.
HariOm!
