Namaskaram. My hometown is Delhi.I watch your episodes in asianet. But i have a doubt that, are the stories related to other gods like Lord Ganesha,Lord Ayyappa etc. true. If it is true then why do you deny that they will not help us in bad times?I beleive your words swamiji, but this actually confuses me. Would you please remove this doubt out of me.

Dear Sarath,
In our Hindu culture, we have a no. of deities. Befor they came into being, they were ONE Chaithanyam. From there, diffrent forms and names came into avathar. So when we study the scriptures, our origin and the origin of the deities are the same. With this conviction, the Rishis said “Thathwamasi” (means You and That are One). Unfortunately our mind without understanding the scriptural meaning, got lost in the temlpe culture. Hence we were forced to see so many Gods. Our philosophical motto is “manyness” comes out of “oneness” – that is, unity in diversity.
