Dear Haridas,
Pathram represents our action,
Pushpam is our intention,
Phalam is the result,
Thoyam is the attitude towards the result.
If you do your duties with an understanding that
“God has given me this opportunity; let me do it perfectly”
then that becomes an offering to the Lord.
Similarly the intention while doing the action must be “let me learn from every one; I should not have hesitation to ask about which I have no knowledge. I should ever attend and make others happy even if I am having a superior post or position”.
Phalam may be favorable or unfavorable; both should be considered to be the Prasad of the Lord.
From failures I should learn and never curse or criticizes others for my failures.
Thoyam is the positive attitude to share the result that “I got this because of your help and Prayers”
If these attitudes are there, God will ever bless them.
