My daughter is married for two years and would be planning to have a baby next year. I want to explain everything what Swamiji explained about the Payo Vrutham and all that they both have to do before conceiving and after conceiving. Request if the same can be explained again as a reply. How many days of Vrutham, what all food can be had, what all food not to be had. She is in US and working.
