There are no Hindu “Gods”. God according to Hinduism is an all pervading conscious energy. What you are speaking about is a deity or a personal God. There can be any number of deities in any form, with any name and any attribute. The deity is only a medium for you to understand the all pervading GOD. Like there can be any number of globes for you to understand the large world.
