Namaskaram Swamiji! I had always thought that God is within us. You have also said at many places that God is the Chaithanyam that is present in everybody. But in Bhagavathamrutam Vol II (Cd15, I think) you said that “Bhagavan nammilalla, naam Bhagavanil aanu irikkunnathu”. Can you please explain this to me? I am not able to understand this. Maybe because of my preconceived belief that God is inside all of us, it was easy for me to grasp that Bhagavan is “the Chaithanyam” inside every living being. I have very little spiritual knowledge, but am trying to understand. So, please be kind enough to explain for me. regards, vimala

Dear Vimala,
Please think about the air that we breathe in and out!
Is the air in us or are we surrounded by air?
A fish that lives in the ocean – is water in the fish or fish in the water?
When you see the presence of God in your self, then you will realize that God is in every one and every where and so, we are all in that omnipresence!
