There is ‘payaovratham’. she can practice along with doctor’s guidance if she has any medical issues. you can search for the way in which it is to be observed ,you may search in Bhagavatham. I have mentioned about it in detail.Before that let her start her day before 6’o clock and ask her to chant Vishnusahasranamam after bath.If her husband can also join ,the unity of mind will definitely give a divine child..
