Namaskaram! Swami, i’ve the following queries please take time to answer them.. 1) What is dhyanam? What is the correct procedure and time as to when and how long to do it? 2) as you have said that after death out athma may enter a different body but our soul remains intact then why is shraddham performed for that soul which may have attained a new body? 1) Dhyanam is total rest with awareness; it is much deeper and rejuvenating than sleep!
It helps you to go deeper into your SELF; purifies your mind!
