Hari Ohm .Surrendering attitude an be developed through very systematic, regular and consistent practice of meditation.First of all you should know what and whom to surrender.Surrendering is not a physical gesture like prostration or kneeling down like all religious people do.You should understand ,the ‘I’ the ego is a thought and that thought entertain and get entangled with the thoughts of our relations and possessions.First you have to surrender this thought by reciting a particular manthra. However, initially you,the reciter and the manthra you recite would not get united ,jelled because of our interest in various things push the mind out of the manthra . Later when the recitation becomes steady and undisturbed by other thoughts. There the first step of surrender is successful at that point. Later you journey towards true and sincere involvement ,devotion becomes intense where you are able to forget the body, surroundings and time ,your surrender becomes complete and successful.when we develop such an attitude you can understand that you are totally surrendered.
