Namaste Guruji, Am your ardent follower as your videos and your messages are so appealing. I saw your speech/ video which you delivered in Bangalore and am so impressed. I wish to to hear your Prabashan directly. Guruji can you say how a person can overcome insults in an easy way and how he can help his inner intelligence grow? Namaste…

What is it that you see as insult? Someone’s words or behavior which is unacceptable for you. You turn this non-acceptance into hurt, guilt and insult. Once it is perceived as insult you want to retaliate or at least pray that something bad happens to the person who caused your pain. This is the usual psyche of an average person. However, a spiritually oriented mind has a completely different take on situations. You cannot control someone’s behavior to you, but you can control how you react to it. If an unacceptable behavior happens, removing your mind from that issue for a little bit itself, will reduce your pain a lot. Every time your mind goes back to it, chant a mantra of your favorite deity in your mind, until your thought fades. Never think of hurting/insulting that person back. There is a famous quote, “what others do to you is their karma, how you react to it…. is yours.” Never let someone’s emotion decide how you live. If that happens they win !!! Hari Om.
