Dear Keerthi,
These are all different versions of ‘Ramayanam’ as perceived by the respective authors.
Valmiki Ramayanam is the original and Adhyatma Ramayanam was authored by Thunjath Ezhuthachan. Tulsidasji wrote ‘Ramcharitmanas’.
Remember, a true devotee writes a new story of the Lord with his own life, because the Lord and the devotee are ONE.
