Every experience happens in your mind, unless the mind involves and exaggerates a feeling, it is almost non- existent. The biggest enemy of the mind is it’s identification with a problem that drains its power. The opposite that non-involvement of the mind reduces the intensity of an issue is also true as you mentioned. The solution is to realize that the mind that has the power to attach to a problem also has the ability to turn to the tremendous power within you to solve all problems. Spirituality is about tapping into that potential power. Hari Om.
