Namaste Swamiji, During Meditation is it normal to experience fast movements of hands in different direction along with fast recitation of namam. Is this something wrong . Some say it is sort of stress release! Should we forcefully bring this back to the normal position. Please advise. Thanks

Meditation is meant for the transformation of the mind but not for any physical action. If you are so disturbed that physical actions are coming along with meditation, ignore the movements of hands but concentrate more on the mind and any manthra, or focus on your inner self. Please recite ‘Ohm Narayana’ manthra. Practice slow and long inhalation and recite Ohm with a humming sound and recite Narayanaya while exhaling slowly . Focus fully on this sadhana ,you will even forget the body and its actions.
