Namaste Swamiji. I aimed to go for medicine but as I didn’t get it. I went for btech. I studied in an hostel. I was an introvert and I was feeling lonely over there. I consulted doctor and I was improved but still I was feeling lonely in my classes I was going poor in my studies and I completed btech my my results were poor. I again went to hostel . My hostel mates were passed and I was alone my mental health was poor and I was suffering from major depression I didn’t write exams. Now I am cured and I wrote exams now I have one more exam. IAM also going for a PSC coaching but IAM not working for it. Before that I joined yoga and driving classes and I stopped it without completing. IAM not having an aim and everyday I move with a flow and I don’t know how to excel in my studies and other areas. I am normally very slow in doing things. I am not also smart. Sometimes I am afraid to live over here. IAM not also self sufficient and I am dependant on my parents for everything in hostel also the case was same. My younger sister is smart and she also blames me. So most of the time we are quarrelling. Swamiji how can I excel in my life. Please help me. Asking for your blessings. Hari Om

Priya, read what you wrote one more time. You have written down so many problems with yourself. Now, I want you to write down ten things that you think are great about you. You may be loving, kind hearted, artistic….etc. etc. The first thing to excel in life is to love ourselves and focus on our positives. When you identify all the good things about you, it is easy to make it work for your advantage. Instead, when you focus on all your negatives you have no tools to improve life with. What is something about you that people enjoy the most? I want you to consciously try and interact with people you think are smart. See how they tackle situations. Watch how they walk, talk and carry themselves out. Imbibe their positiveness. Focus on making one positive change in your life everyday and write down what you did differently each day. Write back to me in two weeks. My blessings are with you. You will become an amazing person in a few days. Hari Om.
