Namaste Swamiji…I have heard about payo vratam….Can I get a brief description about payo vratam…And can I practice..??

Payo vrutam is the Vrutam done by Aditi that resulted in the birth of Vamana Murthi. It is suggested to have a baby of your choice. There are a lot of things to observe doing it, including the way to treat guests, family members, different types of pujas and a complete milk diet for 12 days. If you want to do it, I would recommend that you do it under the supervision of an acharya/ Ayurvedic doctor. Hari Om.
