Hari Om,

Truly touched by your sincerity in the construction of your new Home. Before you begin the construction it is better to consult a good astrologer, because they can guide you to understand whether the place has some positive energy which brings peace and prosperity in your life. If there has been no obstacles during the paper work for your plot so far then that gives an indication for further smooth proceedings. In case of obstacles, then there seems to be some negativity. There should be a synchronization between the plot and persons involved. All plots may not be suitable. For example when I recently visited Guruvayur, there was a plot of land bought by Muslims for the construction of flats. Lot of problems and obstacles were faced by them including some financial crises. Later  they realized that there was a Sarpa Kavu in that area. Presently the entire building is left as it is for the last 5 years. Please do not take this in the negative sense. It is better to clear all doubts in the beginning itself so as to not have any regrets nor blaming anyone in future. Wishing you all the very best !!
