Hari Om,
Firstly please do the deep breathing and concentrate on that; Secondly chant Hare Rama Hare Rama……while inhaling and Hare Krishna Hare Krishna….. while exhaling; Thirdly try to visualize any form of the Lord, concentrate on the feet and surrender your self, and tell “You alone are with me and whatever comes will be considered as your Prasad”.
