Namaste Swamiji, I have a teenage daughter and we are going through a lot of difficulty as a family. She is becoming angry and defiant. She used to pray to Saraswati and Krishna for peace, but now she says she no longer believes in God as God is not taking care of her. Hari Om,
Dear Minuji, most parents have to face the problem of handling the teen age of their children.
According to our Scriptures teen-age or adolescent age is the time where the past life’s behaviors of the person starts manifesting.
There the parents’ role is to understand, care and express more love to the children so that their disturbed mind, (because of the hormonal imbalance) settles easily.
But if the parents blame and criticize the disturbed mind it will become an enemy mind.
