Namaste Swamiji, Thank you immensely for answering my questions all the time. I have been following your Q&A session and found a post from Jaya B who seems to be suffering from the same state of mind as me. I am writing this for her, I felt sharing my experience can help her in feeling not guilty that she is the only one who would have these thoughts. Sorry for using this space for sharing it but I am assuming it would be of some help to her as her post made me feel better. Swamiji, please forgive me if I am doing the wrong thing. When I had the same state of mind, I was very guilty and dissappointed that why am I going through this? Jaya, I know exactly how you feel. I have been battling with this for the past 3 months. I have been seeking answers from everyone I meet to find out why I have this feeling, went to psychologist, psychiartist, etc nothing helped me. And the worse part of being in this state is that your mind doesn’t want to get out of this state (mind believes that this is what you want). I was very reluctant in taking any action against this but at one point I got tired of what I was going through and realised I need to help myself. I started going for yoga lessons, started chanting OM and deep breathing, listened to discourses as Swamiji suggested. I chant Hare Krishna Hare Krishna mantra in a rythmic way, did namajapam with my family in the evening, go for a walk with my family . Even if you don’t feel like doing anything, do it anyway! It really helps and I am guilty that why I did not start this initially. May god bless us to start feeling normal again and give good health to our relatives. Hari Om
