Dear Jaya,
Please understand how your mind functions and how it affects your life positively or negatively.
When you are in deep sleep, you have no imaginations and hence no worries.
When you are awake, the most dominant thoughts in your mind determine the quality of your life.
So, your mind can choose happiness and unhappiness for you.
The outside world is a projection of your mind.
A happy and strong mind sees every problem as an opportunity and a weak mind sees every opportunity as a problem.
So, understand, your world is designed by your mind.
Lord Rama was committed to His promise and faced every thing boldly. Same with Lakshmana too. They became successful.
But Kaikayi with her vulnerable mind yielded to Manthara’s wickedness and Dasaratha with his weak mind collapsed, unable to face a testing situation in life.
That means, strong ones will always survive and weak ones may suffer.
So, when your presence is negative, the weak minded ones in your family will suffer.
It is not because of your negative thoughts, but because of their negative response (or thoughts) to you.
So, when you make your presence positive, every one in your family will benefit from that.
Your feverish prayers cannot help any one.
But your prayerful, strong and inspiring mind can strengthen others.
(Please read Gowri’s experience sharing too).
Please feel free to write to us, we are only happy to help you.
(We have shortened your question).
