Namaste, I would like to know what form of prayer/bhakti should a woman follow when she is undergoing her monthly menstruation since there is a taboo on lighting lamps and touching holy items during that period?

Dear Smitha Menon,
When your body is not pure, understand that this won’t affect your mind, if it is strong.
You can chant any mantra which you used to chant. There is no restriction regarding the puja and touching of holy things, provided your family members are evolved spiritually.
