Namasthe Swamiji. At present I have two queries. One is that my mind is engaged in unncessary thoughts. Eg. if a situation happens, automatically my mind thinks of what if that situation hadn’t happened and the pros and cons of it. I am unable to get a grip unto the thoughts occurring in my mind. How can I concentrate my mind to the present or how can I control my thoughts? Would you recommend me to any meditation/yoga classes? I hear many people saying we should go to bed early and wake up before sunrise. Why this Guruji?

There is no need to overanalyze life or control thoughts. You will have thoughts as long as you are alive. The secret is to entertain only the creative and positive thoughts and leave all the rubbish out. There are several institutions teaching yoga in Ernakulam, you can find one close to your house online. To answer your second question, humans are very much a part of this nature and we are most vibrant when our existence is in tune with nature. So if you go to bed when nature sleeps and wake up with it, your systems will work most efficiently. Hari Om.
