Namasthe Swamiji !! Thanks for answering the question posted on on July 21, 2017. I completely agree with you that internal satisfaction is more important and one should not look for congratulations from others. However does it mean we should just focus on working and not bother about what others will think of it. will that help in growing in corporate , because people say one has to do buttering to grow in corporate. Please advise me how do i take it up and how do I achieve what i want to do in life . your blessings and advise means a lot . Hari Om

To become effective in any job and grow in any corporate situation three things are vital. Good skills that you become vital for the role you do. Good attitudes to be untouched by the wrongs that happen to you or around you, and to be able to keep smiling. The most important is not to be a prisoner of your own insecurities or that is projected on you by others. People will say so many things. You only need to make yourself so good in the work you do and the way you behave that no one can replace you. Then you become inevitable. That will pave the way for your growth too. Hari Om.
