namo namah sri guru padukaabhyaam 1. what is the chapter wise parayana for moola sloka bhagavata saptaham for seven days and for moola sloka valmiki ramayana navaha diksha for nine days. can any one (widows ,children male and female of all ages etc )do parayana of these great scriptures.Is there any restriction. 2.what is the method of chnating slokas of bhagavad gita,sumdarakanda,vishnu sahasra etc. Is it loudly or lip movement or mentally silently.which we have to practice 3.when was the marraige of rama and sita happened according to ramayana.
