Namskaram Swamiji , I have been watching Dhayanam Mama Jeevatham episodes in Surya TV for a few weeks now. In those episodes you have conveyed the teachings of Nirguna upasana , Sat and Asat . I would like to know how can we practisce this . Will there be an actual state of mind where our mind would have no thoughts at all . Practising this can one increase ones self confidence.

Dear Vinod,
It is good if you practise Nirgunopasana under guidance.
A beginner starts with Sagunopasana and then advances to do Nirgunopasana.
(All these techniques will increase your mental strength).
It is very much possible for a Sadhak or Yogi to have a “no thought” or “no mind” state!
We will publish more details on mediation techiniques in this site very soon.
