Namsthe Swamiji, I have started hearing your lectures more recently even though I am not familiar with Malayalam language . Since you are explaining in between in English I could understand it very well now. I have started doing meditation as you have told , I have not even thought before that I could do like this . My question is some people are telling that doing med will heat up the brain and should not be done for more than 20-25 minutes. Is it true swamiji? Please guide me in this Swamiji that how long I can do meditation one day.? I am doing meditation daily for about 20 minutes. My humble Pranams.

The time limit of 20 to 30 minutes is ideal for practising meditation.
It is total relaxation and when you do it without any any extra effort, there is so no problem.
You will naturally come out of meditation.
Understand, practising meditation is needed only till you are totally in present moment. That is, all your actions become meditation.
Thank you,
HariOm!
