Namasthe Swamiji I am working in a MNC company as a deputy general manager due to hectic work pressure I have realized the following 1. I am not able to give quality time for my family and myself. 2. In the morning after you get up you do not feel fresh inspite of having adequate sleep (7 hours) 3. Namaskaram Swami ji, please accept my humble salutations. I had the good fortune of listening to you recently in CBD,ayyappa temple. I cannot express my immense gratitude in words. Ever since i remember i have been tortured by certain fears. That and my natural prakriti made me a eeshwara bhakta, i prayed and prayed, as i grew i started seeking, i had too many questions and no answers. I read books, listened to the gyan my elders had,yet i could find no solution to quell my fears. As each day passed i would pray harder to God to please help me. His answer to me is you, your saptaham, it pierced into my senses and budhi like a sharp arrow. So many verses, words ive heard before and never grasped became crystal clear to me.
