As I read the Srimad Bhagwatham there are quite a few references to the terms: Surrender to the Lord; and Live in service of the Lord. How can ordinary people accomplish this,.

Hari Om, Surrendering means, having a full trust that God alone is always with you, and try to say, whatever comes is God’s prasad. Whatever you do is the great opportunity given by the Lord. So do it with full of enthusiasm, taking it as service to God.

Pranamam Swamiji, I feel very much relieved after reading one or two pages of the Answers section here!!!Thank you Swamiji. There are times when I feel very lonely and depressed. Sometimes, I feel that I have nobody else near me who understands me..Then I tell myself that God is always there with me. I have been listening to your spiritual discourse on Srimad Bhagavatam and Srimad Gita being telecast through ASIANET TV channel. I have some specific questions to ask you and clear my doubts. One is that while narrating episodes from Bhagavat Gita you always draw similies and draw comparisons and equate them to present day life. In doing so, you invariably denigrate the womnen folks, more precisely wifes. I will cite one example. You explaining that Maha Lakshmi is sthe only wife who does not allow her husband, Mashavishnu to work and compared it with the present modern day wife saying that it is they who controls the husbands and they turnnthem around (you said in Malayalam “Thandavam Aadum”. I have been an average student throughout. i have doen PG in mass comm aftr my graduation in English. I hav startd wrknhg from age of 21. now I’m wrkng as a content writer in a pvt firm and really njoy the job very nuch as compared to the earlier job.
