Namaste Swamiji, I always think negative things and I am not able to concentrate my mind in thinking positively, due to this I am in a total state of depression. I fear death the most and I will keep imagining that I am going to fall while walking or in the bus and nobody comes to my rescue. Due to this I am not able to concentrate on anything but only keep thinking about this. Kindly help me to come out of this trauma.

Namaste Swamiji, I am undergoing a state of depression from the last 3 months. I am living under fear i.e., whenever I walk or travel in bus I feel as though I am going to fall down and die and nobody will come to my help. I am trying to convince my mind that whatever happens let it happen since death is not in my hand, but my mind is not accepting, it is haunting me with this all the time.
