Respected Guru, We say that the Chaithanyam is immortal, all pervasive and has no destruction as against the panch boothangal / material body. That being the case, why are some deities like Hanuman, Narada MAharishi all called Chiranjeevi’s. Does that mean they exist in the material form still with us? So will it make more sense to attach to them in material form. Please explain. Thanks & Sincere Namaskarams Varadrajan

Dear Varadrajan, No physical form can exist forever. This is a scientific truth. Chiranjeevi means the subtle power like mind and Chaithanyam (that exist forever).

Dear Guru, You say that there is only one supreme power, and that is the Chaithanyam in you, and all around you. This being the case I need to understand what do the other forms of dieties such as Ganesha, Shiva, Murugan, Kaali, Saraswathi, Lakshmi, Hanuman etc….. Please clarify Also how do we go about loving (creating an attachment) on one over the other, or rather is it necessary. I am totally confused on this. Sincere Pranams Varadrajan

Dear Prabhath, Soul is the Sun and mind is the rays. Or Soul is the ocean and mind is the waves. Unless and until you direct your mind towards God, it will take rebirths.

Guro, to my question “Who is Brahmin”, I received your answer given in the book. Similarly, when you mentioned the bookmeaning of the first stanza of SRIMAN MELPATHUR NARAYANA BHATADIRI’s Narayineeyam (in the DVD taken in Bangalore) “Santranandavabodatmakamanupamitam………” , the audience needed more explaination to the given bookmeaning and only then it realised in their minds. In the same way, may I request your goodself to explain with some more details about the meaning of the word “Brahmin”.
