Pranam Swamiji,In north Malabar there is one temple called Kottiyoor, the spot of the ancient Dakshayaga and Shiva cut off Daksha’s head from Thala sseri. Swamiji in Thalasseri still many Dakshas (From you we learned that – By using Shiva we have to cut our habit of unnecessary involving others dealings) are there in the names of politics and they are cutting others head instead of their own Dakshas. So how to uplift their Shivas in them?

If you constantly hear with involvement it is definitely beneficial. However chanting has its own benefits because of the variations and favorable effects it creates in your breathing as well as as circulation. Start by listening, slowly you will be able to chant. Hari Om.

Pranam Swamiji. How do we come to a conclusion that, the decision we take about a particular matter is correct? Two years back , I decided to take 6 months break from my dancing career ( not career exactly , like classes, I have been learning for 12 years) because I was preparing for an exam. I did so , because of time constraints I thought it wud be very difficult to manage both. Finally I ended up clearing that exam after three attempts and I have stopped going dance classes for about 2 years ( 6 months became 2 years) Now I regret for having taken that decision. I now feel that I shud have alloted time for that and somehow managed both. What I am trying to.say is, two years back I felt just concentrating on my exam wud be perfect, but now I feel I took the wrong decision. Currently I am facing a similar situation and I have 2 options to choose. Let’s say I choose option A , how do I just go about it. Is it just belief? Or is there anything beyond that. I used to tell my mom jokingly, that god shud have given everyone a small machine, where we tell the decision and if it’s really going to help us green light glows , if not then red light glows. I know u might find this really funny. But I am sure many people like me have this doubt. Let’s take ur own life as an example , after graduating in law , u decided to go towards a spiritual life. Thats a very difficult decision to take, but u took and u became successful at it. But Swamiji u know time and tide waits for none. I hope I conveyed wat I wanted to say. Thanking you sincerely

Swamiji , While In India I thought Siva in Himalayas and other Gods are taking care of us. But 17 years back I arrived in Singapore. After living in Singapore one question raised in my mind is , there is no Lord Siva in Singapore but this country developed and people are enjoying life. That’s when a question arise in my mind , who is God ? Did I got misguided in India by saying pray to God and I will get everything. But after listening to your discourse in AsiaNet and attending your discourse in Singapore for the past 5 years I understood about God, Spirituality and mind. Notes on Swamiji Discourse at Singapore: Swamiji discourse from 3rd Jun -10 Jun-17 at Sivan Temple about drg drishya viveka was very useful to us. This helped us to understand the difference between Infinite Conscious Intelligence and , I, My and my thoughts and how we can move from my level /thought level to infinite intelligent consciousness. By listening Swamiji we also understood how we can liberate ourselves from our day today stress, worries and to live a successful life .Thank you very much Swamiji for your detailed explanation with good example.. Especially your explanation about Sea and Waves, and Maya- Guru holding tree are very useful in understanding the subjects.

Hari Om Swamiji. I have been attending your discourse on “ Drg Drishya Viveka” at Singapore for last 8 days. The discourse was very helpful and your way of teachings makes people to understand the importance of controlling our mind and thoughts associated with it. The distinction on the seer and seen was well described through various examples, this understanding and inquiry is the important aspect of the realisation, which you gave to us in simplified way. The explanation of the different states of mind and the idea of diverting the thoughts and 6 step meditation approach was excellent. This is the first time I came across an explanation on the various mediation levels that need to be followed to move use closure to the Intelligence/Atman. Your service to mankind and preserve Hindu culture is appreciated. Thanks for your guidance and teachings.

Respected swamiji, first of all i want to thank you for giving such wonderful speeches that can change our attitude to our lives. Today in our society love marriages are happening often. I beileve that we should always respect our parents and should not hurt their feelings. Still in some cases even if the boy is welleducatedand with good characters parents deny just because caste issues. I have seen many girls compelled to marry according to their parents wish just because of the caste issue. I have born in a forwad caste and my parents always keeps me reminding about the importance of marrying from our own caste. This is my doubt from childhood and now only i found a right person to ask this question. If a girl/boy is welleducated well settled and have good character is it important to deny their love just because they born in a different/low caste? Do you think this system is good?
