ANSWERS

I am almost always filled with regret about things I should or should not have done in the immediate past.I mean,just as a moment passes,I still dwell in it for a long time,contemplating on whether my actions during that few seconds were right or wrong.This is driving me mad.What should I do?

If someone asks you how sugar tastes, you say it is sweet. But if they ask you to explain sweet, you will have to say, it needs to be experienced. Same with God- realization. It is “realization”, hence needs to be realized……..beyond words. Hari Om.

Pranam Swamiji… As you explained, good and bad things happening in our life is related to our karma. But in our hindu society people strongly believes in astrology , jathakam etc. Please tell me is there any gravitational effect of planets and stars on our life. There are many people not getting married also because they are having chowadosham, sudhajatakam etc. If some bad things happened in life after marriage, people tell there is dosham in jatakam. Shanidasha, ketuapaharam like that.. And all these are explained by Brahman astrologers to our hindu society. Is it scientifically true?

I heard in saptahams that we should always chant so that it cleanses our mind.
